On the afternoon of 1 October 2025, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, together with his spouse, accompanied by the Ministry's leadership and officials, attended the cremation ceremony of  the late Mr. PHAL Sopheng, Deputy Director of the Department of America, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, who passed away on 27 September 2025.
