On the afternoon of 1 October 2025, Her Excellency CHRING Botumrangsay, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by His Excellency Anatoly BOROVIK, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Cambodia, at the Ministry. During the meeting, both sides discussed the continued promotion of Cambodia-Russia bilateral cooperation and reaffirmed commitment to working closely together to further advance trade, investment and tourism flows from Russia to Cambodia. In conclusion, both sides also exchanged views on the plan to hold joint activities in celebration of the upcoming 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Cambodia and Russia in 2026.
