On the afternoon of 1 October 2025, His Excellency SUN Sovanna, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held a bilateral meeting with His Excellency Olivier RICHARD, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Ministry. Both sides exchanged views on the significant progress made in bilateral and multilateral relations and cooperation, with a view to further strengthening and deepening ties between Cambodia and France.
