On the morning of 11 October 2025, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, presided over a gathering with outstanding students who recently passed the Baccalaureate Examination, held on 28-29 August 2025,  across Ang Snoul District, Kandal Province.

On that occasion, as an encouragement to the students for their hard work and commitment to their studies, His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister sponsored 32 students who obtained Grade A, each receiving one Honda Dream 2026 motorcycle, and 114 students who obtained Grade B, each receiving a cash award of 400,000 Riels.
