On the afternoon of 13 October 2025, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, attended and delivered congratulatory remarks at the 60th Anniversary Ceremony of the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers, which was held at the Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center in Phnom Penh.
