On 17 October 2025,  at the Ministry, H.E. YENTIENG Puthirasmey, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received H.E. Kim Jina, Second Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea  and her accompanying delegation to further strengthen the longstanding friendship and Strategic Partnership between Cambodia and the Republic of Korea.

Both sides also exchanged views on enhancing bilateral cooperation and promoting joint efforts to combat transnational crimes, particularly online scams.

During the meeting, H.E. YENTIENG Puthirasmey explained and reaffirmed the Government’s strong commitment and existing mechanisms to fight against online scams, ensuring the safety and well-being of the public, including foreign nationals living in Cambodia.
