On the morning of 21 October 2025, His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, held a bilateral meeting with His Excellency Anatoly Borovik, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Cambodia, at the Ministry. During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on ASEAN-Russia Dialogue Relations and explored ways to further enhance cooperation within the ASEAN framework.
