On 21 October 2025, H.E. Mr. KAN Pharidh, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received Mr. Jo Scheuer, United Nations Resident Coordinator to the Kingdom of Cambodia, to discuss some key topics, including: (1) Cooperation with the United Nations agencies in Cambodia; (2) Preparations for the UN80 Dialogue, aimed at commemorating the 80th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations and strengthening the long-standing partnership with Cambodia; and (3) The working visit to Cambodia by the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations on Violence against Children in November 2025.
