On the afternoon of 21 October 2025, Her Excellency CHRING Botumrangsay, Secretary of State, received a courtesy call from Mr. Maxim Behar, First President of the Bulgarian-Czech Chamber of Commerce and Chief Executive Officer of the Bulgarian company, M3 Communications Group, at the Ministry.

During the meeting, both sides commended the growing Cambodia–Bulgaria relations, particularly in trade and tourism, and exchanged views on how the two nations can further leverage their strategic geographical positions. On that occasion, H.E. the Secretary of State encouraged Mr. Maxim Behar to further promote Cambodia’s potential to audiences in Bulgaria and the wider European community.
