On the afternoon of 24 October 2025, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held an informal discussion with His Excellency Dato’ Seri Utama Haji Mohamad bin Haji Hasan, Foreign Minister of Malaysia on the margins of the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister thanked Malaysia for their active role in achieving ceasefire and reaching the Peace Agreement between Cambodia and Thailand.

His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister also congratulated Malysia on its successful ASEAN Chairmanship including the Accession of full membership of Timor-Leste into ASEAN this year.
