On Friday morning, 17 January 2020, H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, attended the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Retreat held in Nha Trang, the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.

H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, accompanied by the delegation, departed for Nha Trang, the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, to attend the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Retreat to be held on 16-17 January 2020.

On Saturday morning, 04 January 2020, H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Chief of the national-level Working Group for Sa’ang district of Kandal province, inaugurated a school building of HUN SEN Wat Porthi Secondary School located in Ta Lun commune, Sa’ang district, Kandal province.

On Friday night, 13 December 2019, H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, departed for Madrid, Spain, to attend the 14th ASEM Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (ASEM FMM14), to be held on 15-16 December 2019.

On Saturday morning, 07 December 2019, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Chief of the national-level Working Group for Sa’ang district of Kandal province, presided over the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a 10,800-metre-long concrete road, located in Prek Ambil commune, Sa’ang district, Kandal.

On Monday afternoon, 25 November 2019, H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn held a bilateral meeting with Her Excellency Kang Kyung-wha, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea.

On Monday morning, 25th November 2019, while attending the ASEAN-ROK Commemorative Summit and the First Mekong-ROK Summit in Busan City of the Republic of Korea, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn received a courtesy call by the Major of Busan City.

H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn received a farewell call by Her Excellency Donica Pottie, Ambassador of Canada to Cambodia, on the occasion of the conclusion of her diplomatic mission, at the Chancery of the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in Bangkok.

In the morning of 8 October 2019, H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn presided over the internal meeting with newly appointed MFA leaders and Ambassadors and all officials as well as provided guidelines for future works, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

On the morning of 03 October 2019, at 9:30 a.m., H.E. Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn and H.E. MIKAMI Masahiro, Ambassador of Japan to Cambodia, signed the Exchange of Notes and related documents on the extension of Grant Aid up to the maximum amount of two billion and seven hundred seventy-seven million Japanese Yen, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
