On 9th June 2022, H.E. Dr. Chem Widhya, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had received H.E.Ms. Dalila Yasmin AMRI SUED, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Rwanda to the Kingdom of Cambodia with Residence in Seoul, for a Courtesy Call upon presentation of her Letters of Credence to His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath NORODOM Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, to discuss ways and means to further enhance the relations between Cambodia and Rwanda at bilateral, regional and international levels.
