On 2 April 2024, His Excellency Dr. UN Kheang, Secretary of State, met with His Excellency Dr. Santo Darmosumarto, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Kingdom of Cambodia, to discuss areas of cooperation between NIDIR, the Embassy, and the Indonesian Center of Education and Training. His Excellency Secretary of State and Indonesian Ambassador also shared views on the importance of educational training for diplomats, and exchange programs for diplomats and scholars of the two countries. His Excellency Dr. Santo Darmosumarto noted that this year is the 65th Anniversary of the relations between Cambodia and Indonesia stressing that Indonesia highly values close bilateral relations between the two countries.
