On 08 April 2024, His Excellency Under-Secretary of State SOM Visal received a courtesy by Mr. TANINAI Ichitomo, Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of Japan to Cambodia, at the Ministry.

During the meeting, His Excellency Under-Secretary of State and Mr. TANINAI discussed  bilateral relations and exchanged views on regional and international issues of common interests and concerns.
