On the morning of 18 April 2025, Her Excellency Eat Sophea, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met with His Excellency Long Kimkhorn, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Cambodian Students Abroad (CamStudent) along with accompanying delegates to present a briefing on CamStudent’s background and objectives. 

Her Excellency Permanent Secretary of State commended CamStudent’s significant achievement in a short period, since its establishment. She encouraged CamStudent to further its objectives in cooperation with Cambodia’s missions overseas.
