On the morning of 25 April 2025, His Excellency Dr. UN Kheang, Secretary of State, led a delegation to participate in the ANZAC Day Dawn Service at the Australian Embassy in Phnom Penh. 

During the ceremony, His Excellency the Secretary of State laid a wreath to commemorate the Australian and New Zealand service members who served and sacrificed their lives in past wars and recent peacekeeping missions.
