On 25 April 2025, His Excellency Meas Kim Heng, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by Mr. Janes Imanuel Ginting, Country Director of World Vision International, at the ministry. 

The meeting focused on priorities, including family and community relationships, child protection, education, health services, and climate change adaptation, which are currently being carried out by World Vision across 20 provinces and Phnom Penh, reaching over 3 million people in Cambodia.   
                                                                                       
His Excellency the Secretary of State commended and expressed gratitude to the World Vision International for aligning its programs with the Royal Government of Cambodia’s Pentagonal Strategy Phase I, especially in areas, such as human capital development, rural development, and economic resilience, while also making a significant contribution to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030.
