On the morning of 20 May 2025, His Excellency KHUON Phon Rattanak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had a meeting with Mrs. Sarah Gasquard, Chargée d’affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Belgium to the Kingdom of Cambodia with residence in Bangkok.

During the meeting, His Excellency KHUON Phon Rattanak and Mrs. Sarah Gasquard discussed the longstanding friendly relations and ongoing cooperation between Cambodia and Belgium. They also exchanged views on ways to further enhance bilateral ties, including through strengthened development cooperation and increased high-level exchanges between both sides.
