On the afternoon of 19 May 2025, at the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR), H.E. Dr. Khy Sovanratana, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, with the participation of H.E General Meas Virith, Secretary-General of the National Authority for Combating Drugs (NACD), presided over the closing ceremony of the training course on diplomatic skills and international relations for 30 officials from the NACD.

His Excellency the Secretary of State encouraged all trainees to apply the knowledge gained from this training course in their work effectively and further share it with others.
