On the afternoon of 21 May 2025, His Excellency KHUON Phon Rattanak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, had an online meeting with Mr. Thomas Lammar, Chargé d’affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg with residence in Vientiane. 

During the meeting, His Excellency the Secretary of State and Mr. Thomas Lammar shared views on ways to further strengthen Cambodia–Luxembourg relations and discussed the identification of concrete and priority cooperation projects. The two parties reaffirmed their shared commitment to building a long-term and mutually beneficial partnership.
