On the morning of 24 May 2025, His Excellency SEA Kosal, Acting Minister, led a delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation to pay tribute and write messages on the Book of Condolences  at the Embassy of Viet Nam in Phnom Penh on the passing of  H.E. Mr. Tran Duc Luong, former Politburo Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam and former State President of Viet Nam, on 20 May 2025.
