On the afternoon of 7 June 2025, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, led a delegation to Nice, France, to prepare for and accompany Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to the Third United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC3), to be held from 9-11 June 2025.
