On 10 June 2025, His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia, attended the ASEAN Plus Three Senior Officials' Meeting (APT SOM) in Penang, Malaysia.

The Meeting discussed the progress of the implementation of the APT Cooperation Work Plan (2023-2027) and the future direction of APT cooperation.
