On the morning of 25 June 2025, H.E. Dr. Khy Sovanratana, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, with the participation of Mr. Zhang Zhaoxin, representative of the Consular Office of the Chinese Embassy in Siem Reap, presided over the closing ceremony of the training workshop and certificate presentation for 15 Cambodian and Chinese junior diplomats who had participated in “Capacity Building in Digital Diplomacy for Cambodian-Chinese Junior Diplomats” Training, held at Sokha Palace Hotel, Siem Reap Province, co-organized by the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) and the Embassy of the People's Republic of China to the Kingdom of Cambodia.

His Excellency the Secretary of State highlighted that the training workshop not only provides opportunities for the exchange of knowledge and skills, but also serves as a significant platform for Cambodian and Chinese junior diplomats to engage in dialogue, deepen mutual understanding, and explore cooperation in the domain of digital diplomacy between Cambodia and China.
