On the morning of 1 July 2025, Her Excellency Pech Puthisathbopeaneaky, Secretary of State, presided over the opening ceremony of a training course on “Culinary Diplomacy”, organized by the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) for 21 spouses of leaders and diplomats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

Her Excellency the Secretary of State underscored that the course was held in line with the wise and forward-looking vision of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn. She emphasized that the training is very important to promote food diplomacy and support the effective implementation of the Royal Government of Cambodia’s economic diplomacy strategy.

Her Excellency the Secretary of State encouraged all participants to actively engage in the training, pay close attention to the trainers’ guidance, and make full use of the knowledge gained from the course for their future contributions.
