On the morning of 28 July 2025, His Excellency Kan Pharidh, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, as the high representative of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a farewell call from Ms. Claire Conan, the Representative and Country Director of the World Food Programme (WFP) in Cambodia, marking the conclusion of her five-year mission in the Kingdom.

His Excellency Kan Pharidh highly commended Ms. Claire for the successful completion of her five-year mission and expressed appreciation for WFP's significant contributions in advancing social protection systems, strengthening sustainable food security, and enhancing disaster risk reduction capacity in Cambodia.

Ms. Claire expressed her profound gratitude for the Ministry's continuous collaboration with WFP and the strong support extended throughout her mission.
