On the afternoon of 31 July 2025, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, led the Ministry’s delegation to attend the 7th-day memorial ceremony of the late Second Lieutenant RIN Veasna, who made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of Cambodia’s territorial integrity and sovereignty at the Mom Bei battlefield in Oddar Meanchey Province on 27 July 2025.
