On the morning of 6 August 2025, His Excellency KHUON Phon Rattanak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of, held a video meeting with His Excellency Dr. Tibor BALOGHDI, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Cambodia​​ with Resident in Hanoi. 

Both sides discussed the upcoming bilateral plans, including the arrangements for high-level visits and engagements between the two countries, as well as the upcoming 2nd Bilateral Consultations between the two Foreign Ministries.
