On the afternoon of 30 September 2025, Her Excellency PHEN Savny, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held a bilateral meeting with Mr. Istvάn BAKOS, Chargé d’ Affaires ad interim of the Residence Office of the Embassy of Hungary in Phnom Penh. The discussion focused on exploring avenues to further strengthen and expand cooperation between Cambodia and Hungary, both in the bilateral framework and within multilateral fora.
