On the morning of 30 September 2025, Her Excellency Chring Botumrangsay, Secretary of State and representative of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Prak Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received and congratulated 7 Cambodian scholarship students​ who will pursue Doctoral, Master’s, and Bachelor’s degrees in the Republic of Türkiye for the academic year 2025-2026. During that occasion, Her Excellency the Secretary of State warmly congratulated the students on their achievements and encouraged them to uphold their efforts and commitment to obtaining new knowledge, especially new experiences, and to promote Cambodian traditions and culture to foreign friends more broadly. Finally, Her Excellency the Secretary of State advised all students to foster unity, friendship and great success in their academic endeavors to contribute to social development in the future.
