On 29 October 2025, Her Excellency CHRING Botumrangsay, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Maxim Ryzhenkov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, on the sidelines of the 3rd Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security in Minsk.

During the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation, particularly in promoting trade and investment opportunities. They also underscored the importance of the Bilateral Consultations between the two Foreign Ministries and expressed their readiness to hold the next round of Bilateral Consultations at the end of 2025 in Phnom Penh.
