On the morning of 28 November 2025, at the Ministry, His Excellency KE Sovann, Under Secretary of State, held a meeting with Mr. Benjamin Moreau, Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in Cambodia, to discuss and review the role of Professor Vitit Muntarbhorn, Special Rapporteur on the Situation of Human Rights in Cambodia.
