On the afternoon of 8 December 2025, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, visited families of frontline soldiers who are receiving care at the Referral Hospital, on the occasion of co-chairing the 21st meeting of the Cambodia-Viet Nam Joint Commission on Economic, Cultural, Scientific and Technological Cooperation (21st JC) from 8 to 9 December 2025.
